Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere on this forum....

Anyway, Ive just bought one of THESE beauties from OCUK but Im running into some problems. One that is bugging me quite a bit is the fact that the rear speakers of my Logitech Z-5500's will not make a sound when Im playing music through Windows Vista. Sound is only coming from the 2 front speakers & yeah Ive set it to 5.1 in the configuration. The wierd thing is sound works perfectly when I play games such as COD - World at War...all speakers perform how they should.

This is probably an easy problem to fix but being dumb, I need help ;)

Thanks in advance

Oh and one more thing, when I try to launch the "Creative Console Launcher" I get the error message "There are no supported audio device available. You need to close the aplication"

What the?

ive had the problem where it would not play in the rear speakers of the z-5500 try reinstalling the latest drivers, i would use the DANIEL-K support pack which is downloadable from the soundblaster forums. That fixed it for me. - This should also cover the 'There are no supported audio device available' error. I had that problem too! :P
