I get the following score on 3DMark05 with my system all at stock (see sig) -

Now, I would think it should be nearer to 20k. As I get 10.5k at stock on 3DMark06.

My Graphics cards are - Sapphire 512MB X1900 Crossfire Edition + Sapphire X1900XTX 512MB.

Are these scores right for stock? Need to get some overclocking done and get them higher. ;)

thats about right on stock, i managed 17.5k with a slight bump in gpu clocks|
with the kentsfield @ stock.

i'll give a quick run with the msi in a sec.

It does look a little low to me.

With mine at stock I get 19.5k in 05 and 10.4 in 06. Overclocked to 650/800 I got 20224 in 05 and 11121 in 06 so far. So your 06 score looks on par but the 05 score does seem low.

When you ran the Canyon Flight test in 05 did it start jumping around when the monster leaps out of the water? I sometimes have this issue in both 05 and 06 with Crossfire enabled and it lowers my 05 score to around 16.5k and my 06 score to around 9k when it happens.

From what I could tell, the canyon flight test was the only one that kicked both cards in. Im wondering if its a setting wrong or something.

I havent seen the canyon test jump at all since I crossfired so I would guess that iviper is right in that this is one of the few tests where its obviously using both cards

Hemp - looks like your gpu oc had about as much affect as mine (cant remember the clocks I have at home currently) but my 06 score jumped around 1200 points (from 8800 @stock to 10017 @oc level) but your cpu is giving you the extra marks but you are getting towards the gpu limit - as the difference between our before and after drops considerably

Here is my stock 05 to compare, and also here is my X1800s stock 05.

The Canyon Flight test is the most important as it seems to rely more on the GPUs than any of the others and less on the CPU speed. Stock cards for stock cards we should be getting the same numbers in that test.

BTW, what speed is your CPU running at?

My CPU (if you are talking to me :p) is at stock at the moment. I shall OC it run the tests again.

Is your crossfire overclocked?

Sorry mate, I was referring to you.

In those links I provided my Crossfire was running at stock speeds.

This is my 1900s clocked to 650/800. Not a huge leap apart from gaining 9.6fps in Canyon Flight.

What is causing the 16.7k score I am getting then. The motherboard is the badaxe and I cant stand it. Tempted to order myself an ASUS ;)

Could it be the mobo then, because my cards are sapphire and yours are HIS, but I cant see that being the difference. :o
