However, clocking is a different issue

For some reason overclocker has started working now. Currently doing 730/890 on stock volts.

Been having some nice scores at stock with my Opteron at 3.4Ghz, now lets see what this card can really do.

At standard xt1900xt-x settings of 648/774 (cpu at 2400mhz) i get 11005 in 3dmark 05

I can't set my core/memory to 500/600 in ATI catalyst.

I got the HIS x1900XT-X on a platform of 3700+ 2GB 3500LLPro and in the CCC i can change clock speeds but it makes no effect on the current values which sadly stay stuck at 500mhzGPU 594mhzMem and a few of my games run with great amounts of FPS but have this little jitter in them and CSS well that has a double firing animation which im yet to work out why. Fire 1 bullet see the gun recoil twice hear 2 shots and see 2 bullet holes anyone know anything about this?

Anyway i hope some fixes come out soon i feel my cards lacking potential

just a quick heads up, the new omega 6.1's were for some reason causing wow to lock up, i didnt try it with other games.

I was tearing my hair out tryin to figure out what it could be as this was a fresh install on 2 new 250gb hdds i had just got. Uninstalled em and ran driver cleaner, now with cats 6.1 no issues.

So if anyone is having crashes in games, try running the ati cats instead

I dont understand how you say you have ATi Catalyst 6.1 on an X1900XT-X... i tried and half way through installation it says "Driver card not found" because 6.1 Cat doesnt support the new X1900 series.

If your posting in general about omega on a different model your posting in the wrong topic as this is regards to the X1900 series cards and drivers currently available.

The standard ati 6.1 cats do not support the xt1900 cards..

well I do run cat 6.1 from the ati site no problem at all they have released a sample/beta set for xp64bit
