X1900XT artifacting overclocked.

Gutted it seems my X1900XT cant do XTX speeds - 650/775 without artifacting. I was playing oblivion at these settings and I got little sort of boxes all over the screen, I imiediatly quit out and got them in windows until I rebooted. I have a Zalman VF900-CU Quiet Copper VGA Cooler fitted.

I should also add when this happened I had the fan at its lowest setting, so maybe I would need to up it to full. Card idles at 45c and loads 70c.
