X1900XT Still problems

Overclockers staff do not browse the forums so there is no chance that they will see your post, you need to contact them directly via the webnote system as you did.

As for your problem I have no idea, perhaps the PSU has trouble powering the card from cold boot?
 
Arghh lost my invoice and order number so lets hope they have me on their system still got my credit card bill. As for the 1800 sorry I can't answer if it has the same problem.
