I haven't tried the omega ones yet so it may be better but i just like to add that the base 6.5 seems to be fine. I added the chucky patch ontop for oblviion, all and all they are ok and does the job (exactly what it says on the tin...if it had one :D )

What advantages does the omega have if any ?
