As long as your tv can take DVI or VGA input you should be fine. If it only takes SCART/Component/HDMA then you'll need to work a bit harder, some cards will also output S-Video but again, this depends on if your TV would take an S-Video input.
Just so you know, TVs are usually quite low resolution, so the picture will never look as good as a high end screen.
At that price, its not bad, HOWEVER, you can get a 256MB X1950XT for around that price new, which is about the same speed. The difference would then be whether you're happy with the frame buffer that size and wont want to play Doom3 engine games with ultra settings and high res etc, or wanted to pay more for a faster card, or get the second hand card.
