Looking at buying the 512Mb HIS version, can anyone please tell me if it come with any cables for connection to my display? more specifically a DVI cable? oh, and does DVI give better picture quality than component?

You should get dvi - vga adapters etc and small svhs cables etc. Dvi is mainly for tft screens and the like, whereas vga are for CRT screens.

no cards come with cables some come with adaptors to connect to cables the cables either come with your display or you have to buy them separately
dvi cables go for between £5 to £10 online if you search

Yeah you usually buy the gfx card to monitor cables urself or you should already have em if you bought ** display new as cables come with new monitors.
