x1950pro trouble with alpha textured objects like stairs in moh spearhead

Just woundering if its just me that gets this and some other things like a flickering texture on a wall somewhere.

Dont think i ever got this kinda of corruption as in lines, textured, then black if you move ** mouse just a bit whilst looking at stairs in moh sh.

Using latest 7.4 drivers as well. Tho i have fast writes off in bios. Duno if thats the cause tho. Tryed setting stuff in ccc on and off. Not really any diff to the flickering prob with corruption.

So need some help with ppl with a x1950pro 512mb card.
 


This is what im on about. The stairs flicker when ever i movethe mouse when im lookin in their general direction. Its annoying and woundering if theres a fix.

Also happens in gta sa the fence area from sf to ls where the tunnel is past the airport.
