Thanks, you've convinced me to order one, I've put it off for too long already. May as well change the stock AMD fan while I'm at it. The cooler ambient temperature has enabled me to back off a case fan to a slower speed, I'm noticing the Jetway fan more than ever now.
 
The jetway fan is running so high to accomodate people who stuff their pc in a corner next to the radiator.
Its way over spec and Ive got my jetway stock fan set to about 30db, 30% fan speed and it runs games fine, because my case is very free flow and low temp.

Im not surprised the accelero is ok running passive on this card, in that sense its the right choice
