Could anyone running manual clocks apps please put your settings like mine with a screenshot if you please, I want to know if mines a rubbish XTX or not :)

Make: His IceQ
Model: X1900XT-X
Core Speed - Voltage: 688 - 1.400V
Mem Speed - Voltages: 838 - 2.145
Load temps: Under 60C

I fear I have 1.2ns memory and a rubbish core.

Cheers :)

Make: Conect 3D
Model: X1900XT 256
Core Speed - Voltage: 625 - 1.300V
Mem Speed - Voltages: 825 - stock voltage
Load temps: 67C

waiting for a better cooling solution, then i will really crank it up.

First off, pretty sure all X1900XTXs have 1.1ns mem.

Secondly, you think 860 mem is slow? :o

Here's mine so far:

Make: His IceQ
Model: X1900XT
Core Speed - Voltage: 680 - default 3D (1.425v?)
Mem Speed - Voltages: 800 - default 3D
Load temps: Unsure

Mine doesn't, it should be able to do 880 at least if it was 1.1ns, and Sapphire and probably other manufactureres have started using 1.2ns :(

Update:
Make: His IceQ
Model: X1900XT-X
Core Speed - Voltage: 692 - 1.400V
Mem Speed - Voltages: 842 - 2.145V
Load temps: Under 60C

Now Gaming clocks:
Make: His IceQ
Model: X1900XT-X
Core Speed - Voltage: 730 - 1.475V
Mem Speed - Voltages: 846 - 2.155V
Load temps: Under 60C

Make:Powercolor
Model: X1900XT
Core Speed - Voltage: 780 - 1.475V
Mem Speed - Voltages: 850 - 2.145V
Load temps: Under 45C

Using ATI Tool

Has 1.1ns memory chips(checked when i put ramsinks on),but won't go past 850 memory no matter what

Make Sapphire X1950 XTX

Core Speed : 675 Voltage : Stock

Ram Speed : 999 Voltage : Stock

Havn't actually checked load temps yet :p

ok here is my 3dm05 score. guess i need more cpu power.

iv put the vf-900cu cooler on the card now. max load temps in articaft tester go up to 68c. zalman is spinning at full speed.

core 625mhz @ 1.300v
ram is at 850mhz stock volts.

also note that the ram chips are running bare. thats right they have no cooling whatso ever on them other than the hot air blowing over them from the vf900cu. after major 3dm05 loops and rthdribl running for ages i touch the ram modules and they are barely warm. looks like the stock cooler is a big negative since it just dumps its heat into the ram modules.

reason i got no sinks on the ram is because i put the ones that came with the vf900cu on my 7600gt. and too risky to remove them when i sold the card so just let them go.
will grab some thermaltake copper ramsinks tomorrow and slap them on next time i open the case up.
shocked the ram has gone so high, its just samsung 1.2ns stuff. could try to go higher on the ram at some other point but looks like the returns in performance is diminishing.
need better cooling on the gpu core, then will try and go higher on it at some point.

Sapphire X1900XT 1.2ns Ram.

Core: 1.5volts 790
Mem: Default 800 (cant break 800 mark either!)
Load Temp: No more than 45

Currently on a maze 4 with tweakmaster ramsinks and a 120mm fan blowing over it.

I thought the samsung was 1.1 and Infeneon was 1.2?

Seems extremely high for 1.2ns

nop, theoretical limit for 1.2ns is 833mhz. i can bench at 850, but after long hours of gaming i get the checkered flag effect.

im sure the ram for me would be fully stable at 833mhz, but i like round numbers so i leave it at 825mhz. going to 850mhz just makes a very tiny bit of difference in benchmarks, i rekon more difference would be made if i increased core speed.

Have you checked the ram? If its Samsung BJ11 its 1.1 and I know early Connect3d X1900XT's did ship with 1.1, you've already mentioned that you dont run any cooling on them hence why u may not be able to push as far as you could.
