Hey sup guys:cool:
looking into a 1055T but I'm not sure about the compatibility. The motherboard in question is a MSI 770 C45. About to cough up 100 quid for a 890GX Asus Mobo so advice would be nice. keep in mind im hoping to OC to 4-ish

MSI tend to be very poor for BIOS updates, I'd bite the bullet and go for the 890GX, superb chipset. Can achive high overclocks with full banks of RAM! (8GB)

do the boards that did have bios upgrades atleast boot with a x6 cpu so one can flash the bios?

with how cheap the 890's are anyway it doesnt make much sense though to go for an old board

MSI talked directly to the community over at xtreme systems and had daily bios updates untill the unlocking and hex core support was sorted on the MSI uATX 890GX board.

For features there is no AMD uATX board that can match it.

It's also running my Hex core at 4ghz with a 2.86ghz NB and 286mhz HTT clock.
