X79 Sabretooth temps

Does anyone know that are safe temps for the VCORE on a 3930K on a Sabretooth X79 board?

I'm finding that even a mild o/c is causing the VCORE to skyrocket when testing with Prime95.

Dude i have the same board as you and a 3960x overclocked to 4.2ghz and when i run prime i get temps of 70c on a few cores and high 60's on the rest! Also my voltage is 1.368 so close to 1.37 i thought this was to high really temps and voltage, but after digging around the net its seems these temps are pretty fine on the new x79 equipment.

Yeah I get about 70c @ 4.2ghz Asus IV x79

I'm finding that the VCORE ramps up close to 80 at anything over 3.9Ghz
