x800gto2 tv out issue

I've got a bit of a problem and no, i'm not complaining because the text is all blurry on my TV

Basically, I'm getting awful tearing on the tv output when watching dvd's and its driving me crazy. Does anybody know the cause or how to fix it. its pretty much unwatchable atm

already on. I think its software to be honest, i didnt happen untill i upgraded the drivers. I'm gonna try reinstalling them

hmm a driver problem with ati? it can't be!!! ati drivers are rock solid they never cause any problems :?
