Try uninstalling the samsung driver removing the drive and putting into one of the pcie slots and then let your pc use the windows drivers and check on reboot if the d4 error still shows it should only show for a second then show the AA code, if that works put it back into the m2 slot and check if it boots ok then install the samsung drivers and check the led panel etc
