X99 usb disconnecting and reconnecting

Hi. My Gigabyte X99 ultra gaming randomly disconnects and reconnects during gaming. I have updated the bios, reinstalled all drivers, disconnected each usb device to see if I find the issue but no luck. I have also noticed some stutter during gameplay which I'm almost sure was not there previously. Any help greatly appreciated.

What is it that disconnects and reconnects?

Sorry for not being more clear. Keyboard, mouse and headset just disconnect for 3 seconds and reconnect. Monitor is good.

Think I fixed it. Disabled usb power saving in power options and so far all good. Fingers crossed.
