Anyone know which retailers email you the subscription codes straight away?

Need 12 months for as cheap as poss.

Don't know if the offer is still on but about a week ago there was an offer on spotlight: 12 months gold for -20% £31.99 with a free game. Fable 3, Halo Reach or a couple of kinect games. They post you the boxed retail version of the game.

This was still available for me last night on the dashboard, seems like a decent deal.
