How'd you mean?
I've not tried it signed out completely but when signed into my UK account, it works fine :)
Not sure if it'd work offline though, I'm guessing not.
 
I think because you created it on your machine, you get the machine and gamertag licence.

If I was to borrow your login, I'd only get the gamertag licence, so if I signed out, I wouldnt be able to play it.
 
Games are linked to machine and live id so as long as one of those criteria is met you can play them.

When my brother in law bought my old 360 I told him not to format the drive as he's no telephone line never mind an internet connection. So on my new Elite I can play all the arcade games I've bought as long as I'm signed in and he can play them all as well!
 
Do microsoft do anything about people creating accounts in countries they don't reside in?
 
Not that I've ever heard of, and I've had the US account most of this year. Would have thought the worst that could happen is they'd close the dummy account, but I don't see how it could affect a proper account or why they'd bother.

thing about that is, that in some uk servers they kick all foreigners!!!!!!

That won't matter though. I have a seperate Korean account just for the download, doesn't affect my main account which I use for everything else including playing Hexic 2 :)
