Personally Id ring Microsoft and moan saying it doesnt sync correctly to your wireless headset and let them send you a replacement. Maybe thats just me....

what's the support number? i havent got any of my manuals handy :(

my wireless mic goes out of sync, although i can fix it by plugging in a wired pad then going back to the wireless one, a new wireless pad wouldnt go a miss ;)

EDIT: found it 0800 587 1102

just spoke to them, a new free wireless pad will be with me within 10 days

What number did you ring and what did you say? I have two wireless controllers where the top of the left analogue stick is nearly worn through

What questions do they ask to prove you own an Xbox 360 and does it still have to be within warranty? I think mine is about a year and a week old now

i rang 0800 587 1102. went through to the controllers etc.. section

i just explained the problem with my wireless headset going out of sync with my original wireless pad. it worked fine on a wireless pad my mate bought etc..

they asked for my serial number from the 360 - probably to check it was a premium so came with a wireless pad.

then the guy gave me a ref number and said a new pad would be with me within 10 days and they dont want the old one back :)

EDIT: this vid shows the problem i'm having http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LpVuoKn-DOA

Just called the same number as the buttons have started sticking and basically not working on one of mine and now a flatmate is phoning as a couple of his have stopped working...in fact out of 8 controllers in the flat, 3 no longer fully work, so it must be something we're doing with them, but we don't exactly chuck them around

Anyway, really friendly and on the ball on the phone and got through in <2minutes, so impressed with the service so far
