XBox 360 controller wireless/wired

AA batts last longer, ,mine are still "full" and I got mine when GRID came out.

Either a charge kit or rechargeable batteries.

What he said, or even lots of disposable batteries.

For my setup, I have:

1) Xbox 360 Wireless controller

2) Microsoft Crossfire wireless gaming receiver

3) Lots of rechargeable AA batteries and a handy energizer charger. (You can use disposables but I'm not sure about the play and charge kit.

I just use disposables.
You can most likely use play&charge kit since they are infact just USB connectors are they not??

That is the right item you need, the £32 one. Its not 'too' cheap, mine was £30 months and months ago.

So, I purchased the wireless pad & receiver combo from OcUK today.

same here.. including postage, it was actualy cheaper than the auction site.

Cheers OcUK for letting me choose Royal Mail rather than citylink, I can actually expect it to turn up now!

Looking forward to some hot couch/trackmania action :D

Does wireless still have the vibration issue? I know when I got one the wireless drivers didnt support vibration, whereas the wired 3rd party ones (XBCD?) did...

I'm using the default drivers and vibration on the controller is working fine.

Hmm - maybe its me - mind telling me what games you are playing with it? Might just not have vibration support in games like TDU...

Cheers guys, guess I need a fresh install of XP and give it a whirl :)

Looking forward to TDU + wireless + vibration :)
