Xbox 360 Games

I have purchased an Xbox 360 (60GB), and I am wondering what games are the "must buy" games.

Considering I cannot connect my Xbox online yet, which games would you recommend?

Games I have:
Indy Lego
Kung Fu Panda
Gears of War 2
Tomb Raider
Batman Lego
C&C3

Games I currently plan to buy:
PES2009
Orange Box

Most fun i've had on the 360 is actually Dead Rising, utterly sublime game.

Dead Rising is fantastic, Zombie Genocide award and reward make it even better

Dead Space is definitly worth getting I really enjoyed it.

Halo 3 is a fantastic addition to the franchise.

Forza2 for some driving action.

and for the Xmas downtime when you got loads of play time then you gota get Mass Effect!

Halo 3, Mass Effect, Rock Band 2.

Just to get you started. Good thing is, first two can be had dirt-cheap!

& I'd also recommend Guitar Heroes 3 but thats only because I've never played Rock Band or any of the other Guitar Heroes.

Theres a ton of very good games on the Xbox now. Depends what type of game your into I spose.

Another vote for Crackdown and Dead Rising.

Also Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Spiderman: Friend or Foe, both are really good fun and a really good laugh with mates locally.

Kameo is a much over looked but very classy adventure game and alll these games can be picked up pretty cheap second hand.

Mass Effect can be picked up for as low as £12.49 round here and is one of the best games on the 360 imo, in my top 10 of all time! Worth a purchase

S'posed to be but I'd never have my 360 anyway but Flat & I have a stand as well. Mine is kept flat & on a hard wood surface with absolutely No chance of it getting knocked, You'd pretty much have to drive a Tranny van through my front room to disturb my 360

It's designed to be safe to, but be careful you don't knock it whilst a disk is spinning.

Personally, I never stand mine upright.

Right, so apart from it being knocked over, is it perfectly safe? It isn't going to give me more chance of getting a Red Ring of Death?

PES is awful, Fifa is much better.
Orange Box is superb.

Go for Dead Rising, it's amazing. Then there are all the other fantastic games like Fallout 3, Call of Duty 4, Bioshock, Fable 2. Far too many to list, use metacritic.com and have a looksie.
