Xbox 360 HD question

Have you had a look in the box to find the Component adapter that should have been with the TV??

You should be able to get HD with the Component adapter until you get the correct DVI-I adapter for your VGA cable.

Yeah, the DVI to YPbPr cable there but it doesnt fit to the xbox. The xbox has its own proprietary connector on the rear that provides the male composite out cables.

The DVI to YPbPr cable with the telly is male to male so nowhere to connect it :(

Just so I am 100% sure before I get this for the little fella, i need a VGA to DVI-I adapter. Not a DVI-A or DVI-D ?

If im reading that right, the componnent cable input on the TV has male connectors and also the component output from the xbox has male connectors?

If it is that - I had that problem when using the component cable on my TV - used a 'Triple Phono Couple' for £5.99 from a certain electronics component shop ;)
