Hi, having searched all other threads and trying solutions posted in them, i'm at a loss as to what to do. Basically the situation is i'm trying to connect the 360 to the internet by connecting via ethernet to my PC which then uses a wireless network connection to connect through a Westell Versalink to my DSL connection.
Diagram would be something like this:

Xbox 360--- ETHERNET ---PC ---- ---- ---- WIRELESS ---- ---- ---- Router---DSL

Now, i can steam between PC and 360... but when i add the wireless connection to the bridge like i thought you have to do, my computer loses connectivity to the 'net and the Xbox is unable to stream any more. 'Tis most odd. Any ideas?

Going to try fix this... perhaps the ethernet cable should not have been a patch - i have bought a crossover one hopefully this should stop the wireless Disconnnecting when i bridge it with the 360's LAN connection. Any more ideas appreciated.

Right, having used that site and digging around various sites on the internet, I've got a connection up using Internet Connection Sharing and not a Bridge. the bridge just didn't want to to work.
I had got the Net connection to stay up by forcing my WLAN card to run in promiscuous mode... But the 360 just kept being unable to connect and then the PC gave me errors about IP address conflicting... Its supposedly the best way, bridging, so anyone who could give me tips about that problem with the conflicting IPs would be a complete legend so that i could use that.
Hope this ICS lark will be OK. Anyway, any more input would be welcome. Thanks again for the guide site, V useful on the ICS method and the bridging.
