Xbox 360 mode

Hi

How do I find out what mode my 360 is running my games in?

e.g 720, 1080 ect..

got to the system blade, click on display settings. Note this is off the top of my head so i may have got the names wrong. It should be pretty obvious when you get in the system menu though.

Screen size will tell you what you are running at, or there will be a 'current setting' summary on the right hand side of the screen.

If you running your 360 through VGA you will not see 720,1080 ect,all you will see is different screen resolutions.

1280x1024 is (in most games) 1280x720 with black borders top & bottom, so is indeed 720p.

Also note that if you choose 1280x1024 in 'widescreen' format, it is the same as choosing 1280x720.

I have a monitor with the same resolution as yours, so you should have it set up as i described above.
