XBOX 360 redlights - return to MS

Ok, I have all 3 red lights [lucky me], which is a suprise considering the meagre amount I use it, and have tried all solutions to no avail.


Do I go to MS now, or to the online company I obtained it from?.

I don't have a receipt, but It would be easy to obtain - or do I go straight to MS who, clearly, appreciate it's inside the 12 mth warranty.

I haven't registered the console, or sent any guarantee forms with it etc - will it be ok?
 
Having had a lot of trouble myself dealing with the retailer I would recommend contacting Microsoft on 0800 587 1102. I wont be a problem that you havn't registered the console yet, I hadn't when I phoned them and they just did it over the phone for me.
