Quick question for you chaps, i bought my 360 online from a well known high street electrical store that sounds like it should be up with the stars
, about a fortnight ago it died like so many others, i contacted this store as it was still under warranty and the chap said that if i brought it in they would send it off for repair, i thought i would be aswell doing that myself through MS as i knew from others that they arrange to pick it up (yes im a lazy git). What i want to know is should the store have actually replaced it with a new one and if so i take it i would have got a new 1 years warranty with that? im kinda worried now that i have been shafted by them.

Yeah i must say if the 360 s working perfectly im obviously gonna go down to get a replacement for no reason. Now ive to call their customer services and see if they will tell them to change it for me, so far though its impossible to get through to them.
