xbox 360 sound question

Okay I have done as advised and connected the xbox 360 sound from the vga cable to the line in on my audigy2 so i can get sound through my headphones.

simple enough seems to be working, BUT its got a realy loud buzzing noise to it.

any ideas on how toget rid of it?

u checked ya sound cards settings? Might have line in high or some sort of boost on?

Got it working m8, was a loose connection at the pc

thats too easy, there's nothing like a bit of multiple device cable routing!

didnt plug them in as that would mean swapping between the pc and 360

lol problem sorted and all it took was a 2 quid coax exntension for the vga cable.
