xbox freezing

had my xbox360 for a few weeks now in this time it has frooze about 6/7times including to whilst playing pro evo6. Is this a common problem or does it need to go back?

It shouldn't keep happening, so it might be take it back time.

Even if you don't get the 3 red lights if it keeps doing it take it back.

Is that the only game it freezes with and are you playing the game online.

well thats the only game ive played so far yes and yes it freezes online only.

actually good point, online mess ups connection-wise cause the 360 to lock sometimes.

agh id didnt know that! thats probably it then, still it doesnt happen all the time is there anything i can do to avoid this?iguess there isnt?

hmmm not really, but keep an eye on when it happens, if it starts happening loads offline with more than 1 game or so, then be worried.

online lockups are common, freezes the whole unit, usually a dropped connection somewhere either your end, their end
