Xbox Issues

I have an Xbox One S, fantastic console, however the other day, I had a software update, for it, which I installed, since then, it has been constantly crashing. Whenever I am on either FH4, or Subnautica, it quite literally crashes and is none responsive. an example was earlier, when I was halfway through a race, on FH4, and the surface textures literally dissapeared, then the vehicle I was using in the race, literally stopped, as did all the other vehicles I was racing against. Odd, I have unplugged the device, plugged it back in, Still nothing, I tried a factory reset, again Nothing. Odd. Any help or suggestions.

if you have done a factory reset and there are no known issues with update or specific games your playing would likely point to a hardware problem.

I had a variety of issues on my 6 month old X and sent it off last Monday, due to be delivered later today. If after a factory reset the issues still exist I'd send it off.
