Users may experience difficulties with the following services:

A subset of Virgin Media ISP users will have intermittent issues connecting to Xbox LIVE.

Just turned the 360 on and connected to live fine. So it's either fixed now or Glasgow is fine.

I've been having issues for days, can go on for 20-30minutes or so and then get kicked off.

Driving me mad.

Its the new superhub firmware I'm guessing. R36 was a pain in the butt for general wireless disconnection on any devices, Well i got an email yesterday saying that it had updated AGAIN. So yeah, I'm guessing they've messed up something else this time.

Yeah, can't get on Xbox Live either but then I also can't get on some websites, so I'm assuming it's Virgin having problems.

Borked for me too, 100Mb Virgin with Superhub (which has constantly been a POS).

Everything is broken now on my 100mbps connection. Obviously having serious problems.

its working for me now....im on 30mb.

on a sidenote only trouble im having besides this is when it gets to busy times my connections drops to around 3mb, ive been told to call retensions and get it doubled for free. the national double speed upgrade doesnt hit me while late next year

No connection at all for about five hours,just got back on about 15 minutes ago.
