Xbox Live: Issues

I was playing COD4 at around 6:30pm and everything was fine.

Only logged off because I wanted to.

Yeah I read the message they sent me telling about the maintenance also there's a test that you can run on the 360 that will tell you if Live under maintenance.

hmm, whilst in the dashboard the Xbox says it connects to like but then just asks me to connect to Live again. If put in Fifa08, the Xbox connects to Xbox live and I can see who is online send messages and see who is around for a Fifa league games. Turn off Fifa and the Xbox disconnects from live.

Mine has been working fine every time I have tried it since I downloaded the new update at 6pm.

I must be one of the lucky ones.

What I do not understand, call me devils advocat, but don't we host our own games anyhow, and my server never needs maintainance!
