Xbox - Must play games?

Hi,

so recently purchased a PS5 and every game people suggested I must play as well as PS plus Premium

just got Gof of war of war ragonark to complete

I now have bought a Xbox Series X & game pass for Xbox Game coverage. What must play games should I try on Xbox?
I know xbox has less exclusives, but happy to try some older games

Forza Horizon 4 & 5, Flight Simulator 2020, Halo : The Master Chief Collection, Gears of War 1 through 3 ( originals are best, 4 & 5 are more modern but not as good ), Fable series ( old 360 games ), Age of Empires 2 & 4 ( RTS games that have had a UI update to be playable using a controller )
