**XBOX ONE** Official Thread

Theres serious rumours a major X Box One exclusive game is going to be bundled with every console. The game itself will retail separately for 40 pounds plus.

Source? Not heard that myself, but I have wondered about it previously. It would certainly make the price difference a little less when you include a £45 game as well.
 
If the free game rumour is true, it makes sense to assume it might be Ghosts given that it was revealed during the XO launch and it is a "major xmas release". Not that I'm particularly interested in that game but a rumour of any free major title has captured my interest as I'm probably more willing to part with the cash to buy the console now. It's too expensive for me having to buy games on top. Can you imagine it if does come with Ghosts?! Blimey.
 
My mate seems to think its this exclusive game their announcing at Games Con.

It would make sense as DR3 is an 18 and COD too big a franchise with guaranteed high volume sales, and the other games would likely lack mass market appeal broadly speaking.

EDIT: Really hope its not FIFA, surely something with more universal appeal would be better. From a development point of view something that isn't guaranteed to sell a large number of units, like a new IP for example.

Fifa14 makes sense actually since its not age restricted and is a major xmas release. Well, whatever it is, I'm interested now. :)
