Just got off phone with xbox support and he doubled checked with manager and 100% you can change language. Looks like no need for French classes.

Slightly off topic but. I can't stand it when people assume everything should be in English first..... Sure it's widely spoken but it's not a universal language. More people in the world speak Mandarin than English. Maybe we should assume everything should be in Mandarin too.
Like with games if you buy a game in France it will be in French (unless clearly stated otherwise). So do see why it should be much of a surprise that if you buy a console from France it will be French. Here in Belgium games are marked with a sticker with EN (English) FR (French) or NL (Flemish).
You might be able to change it I dunno but still...
That all said I can speak and read French sooooo it wouldn't bother me either way
Add to that MS is stiffing us UK residents for DLC ... charging the same in Pounds as Euro's, which already have a small percent loss over USD.

I had pretty much given up hope of a day one edition, but then got an email from -a competitor- and they have some in stock! When I checked there were 12. As soon as I ordered there were none. Sold out again in about 15 minutes.. Insane..

That's the great thing about speaking English as a first language, in instances we need to communicate using another language, we just shout our English a bit louder and make eccentric hand gestures
