Xbox360 E74 error

I have fixed 2 e74's with just the xclamp mod
What does that entail mate? Am I right in thinking you use new bolts so the heatsink makes better contact with the GPU?
Any pictures/ guides would be great.
Brilliant - got the cases off, just need to nab a T8 torx bit from someone.
For these M5 machine screws - do they go through the original motherbord casing or do the screw heads rest against the underside of the motherboard with nylon washers?

Well, thanks for all the advice guys - it works! Cost me a grand total of 80p too.
I used a tin foil template identical to this, went in the oven for 3 minutes at 230 degrees. Cleaned old paste off using rubbing alcohol, used some AS5 and some M5 machine screws cut to size.
I didn't use any nylon/ metal washers anywhere - hunted high and low for these in local shops and found nothing. You can get away without them but you need to tighten opposite corners of the heatsinks and regularly hold it up to the light to see what the contact is like.
