Same cpu different name, dont let anybody tell you otherwise.
What is the difference between the X3220 2.4ghz quad core and the q6600 2.4ghz quad core?
Which is better?
None....but the current Q6600 not clocking well

None apart from the name they program into it. Have not had any real difference from any Xeon cpu that had a 'normal' counterpart when it comes to overclockability.
