XFX 750W NOISE!!!!

Got this PSU brand new and within a week it's started to make the most annoying clicking noise like the fan is hitting a cable inside or something.

Has anyone else had bad luck with this PSU and noise?

This has been reported on several forums, xfx psu's making this type of noise.

this might only be a small amount, but bad news always appears more than good.I was going to buy the 850w xfx untill i read a couple of links, the professional reviews i read were good . no mention of a fan clicking noise.

might be just bad luck, or a wire/swarf touching the fan blades.

thats what i have decided to do when i finally order my new build. HX850w corsair.
Its expensive but all the links i have read about psu's say don't go cheap.
overclockers stopped selling the xfx 850w a couple of weeks ago.
Antec seem to be another favourite.
hope you get it sorted.

Ive just sent mine back for an RMA,i had exactly the same fault,ive had to RMA 2 PSUs one XFX and one Antec truepower for similar faults in in the last 2 weeks.

Ive now settled for a Corsair 650 TX which i know from past experience is a quiet decent PSU
