What is the spec of your little bro's pc?
No point in sticking in a beast of a card if it only has a single or dual core.

Id agree with the above, the 5850 depending on the spec of your bro's machine (and if his PSU could handle one), and if so, i wouldn't buy any of the ones that are in stock at present, as the Sapphires are supposedly due in sometime next week again, and they are only £218. :)

EDIT: Just seen the specs, 5850 all the way, will run great on that spec.

Go for a 5850 But try sapphire they seem the best Brand to price ratio i would'nt trust some of the other makers like power colour.
