XFX n780i mm problems

Hey
why is my board not detecting the SLI Ready Memory? I had 4gb and it was showing, 2 sticks RMA'd and recieved new mem yesterday (Godd Job OC's) fitted it and it says not detected?

Confused I am.

Is it not detecting it in the bios or o/s.IFyou use vista pre sp1 a patch had to be installed to be alble to see/use the 4gig of ram. Updating the bios might help to.
