Just wondered if anyone has experience of using XFX support, and if so was the service good or bad?

The reason I ask is because it looks like I'll have to return a card under warranty soon.

I had sent am e-mail to them regarding my 7950 gt agp as it will not boot, i have not
heard from them so i dont no how long it will take and all i can say the card it is crap.

OCUK did stop stocking the XFX cards due to the customer service being below standard and from what i last read they were in corrispondance with XFX as to whether they will start to stock them again.

Not entirely sure what the situation is at the moment though, and from a personal side i have never owned an XFX product so dont have any first hand experience with them.
 
Oh dear, that doesn't sound very encouraging.

I noticed that OcUK are still stocking a few XFX cards though.
 
XFX no longer deal with the customer. They only deal with the retailer and even that is still shocking. Mate just sent back his dead 7900 and after over a month XFX dont want to know, refused to replace the card and the retailer offered him £58...
 
i usesd to think they are cool, but after reading the thread mentioned above i have a LOT of doubts. no personal experience with them though

never had any nVidia cards
