XFX Warranty

Does anyone have any experience/knowledge on the specifics of the XFX warranty?

I have a 7800GTX currently but i believe it has failed (no video output - or my motherboard is b0rked again, but i'm pretty convinced its the gfx card)

I would like to get it replaced by XFX - if its still under warranty, its under a year old.

Does anyone know the length of a XFX warranty and have any experience with returning/replacing cards from XFX?
 
ive returned a few gfx cards to XFX through the last company i worked for. i had to register on the site and then post the problem i had then their support would reply with suggestions and test methods so they could determine it was faulty before i could return it.

XFX support is abysmal in my opinion, and I am definitely not alone in that opinion.

Hopefuly you will get a decent service, as said above the best place to start is their site.
 
When you do email them, make sure that you tell them everything you've done to troubleshoot - otherwise they'll probably end up wasting your time by sending emails telling you to do things you've already done :p
 
Yeah its a lifetime warranty, but their RMA service is supposed to be appaling according to these guys, thats why they stopped selling their products.
