Fortunately for you, you don't need two of the same brand to run SLI. As long as they are the same model with the same memory (i.e. 7900GT 256MB) they will work.no_1_dave said:I've always gone for XFX

Yeah that was done ages ago that, you now don't need same brand, just card as said above, as long as its another 7900 GT then your fine, doesn't matter if ones by XFX and the others by Tesco's (if they did them) it would still work.

Bloody hell, Tesco's graphics card...that has to be awesome
LMAO! Well...I have tried (few months ago) to mix a ASDA and a Tesco one together and had compatability problems. I think it's always best to get two of the same...especially for XFX cards. Back then I was told that I couldn't mix and match brands....don't think that has really changed now? (afaik)
