Yes and yes. Only the 'day only' deals do not qualify, though sometimes they do.

Ah i see. Well i take back my previous statement! I was slightly frustrated earlier as i had £11 in my paypal and went to buy it and the cheapest delivery option was £4 odd 2nd class.
