XMP is the equivalent of the EPP used by many Amd systems. The result is the same.

I believe it is mate, but its just a profile which allows the motherboard to read what the settings should be and hence auto config them. - It'll still work

i use 8 gig of that same ram and score 7.9 in wei. my ssd scores 7.7. seems pretty accurate the windows scores tbh.
