Xonar DG drivers

I am getting blue screens, and have been advised my Xonar drivers might be the cause. Can anyone point me towards best most recent drivers for this.

Am using Windows 7 64bit.

Most recent ones I have found are 7.12.8.1794 - dated 2011.10.31, they seem a little old.

Am not being lazy, just need a pointer.

Also do i remove and install or just install over old ones (which is what i do with GPU drivers).

They are the latest for Win7 unfortunately.

Ohh, I am being told that the reason for blue screens i am getting are these drivers as they are too old. Where to go now then ?

You shouldn't be having any problems. Do you have a program called bluescreenview? If not install it and check the results from your last BSOD. It should indicate which drivers/processed were cached at the time of the crash and give you an idea of the fault. I use those drivers on W7 and W8 with no issues, so unless you're having a problem with a particular software suite I'd be surprised if they were the cause.

Issue is with Sim City - which does have various issues, but i understand these are mainly server connection.

Someone else mentioned blue screenview - so will check thanks.

Dont use Asus drivers they suck. Go here and use this guys modded drivers

I use the C-Media audio Panel version. The lower DPC latency is a massive plus. make sure to remove old set first.

Thanks my Northern friend, do you get a control panel like the Xonar one ?

Yup. Those drivers are more stable with a lot less bugs, happily using those with my DX since the stock ones annoyed me.
