What settings should I use for gaming/music/movies on heaphones?

Will there be quality loss from using the front panel connector?

Thanks Uriel, I'm wondering about the front panel connector myself. Its just a lot more convenient using the front connectors. I'll just use it from the back from now. Cheers.

Is this the same as the Essence ST? Never heard of just an ST

I just use the phono - phono connected to amp. Hi-fi and music mode on the settings

I mean to Essence ST but I was too lazy to type it all /.
