has anybody seen the following
'THe ordinal 13 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll

download it from here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?iertutil

place it in C:\Windows\System32\

never heard of that file before, but after a quick google it is a legit one

when i try to paste it inot C:\Windows\system32\ it says it cannot paste because there is a file of the same name in this folder. this is stopping me from opening tuneup utilities which should fix it

Can you see the file in there yourself? Is it saying the file is in use? You might need to unlock to overwrite it.

i used replacer but and it worked but now it comes up with ordinal 56 and 170 could not be located? help please
