XP isn't on C:?

Is this a problem? Currently i have:

Primary Master IDE: N/A
Primary Slave IDE: WD 320GB
Secondary Master IDE: Plextor DVD-ROM
Secondary Slave IDE: NEC DVD-RW
Third Master IDE: WD Raptor 74GB? (it is connected to the SATA input on my mobo?!?)

When i went to format the Raptor everything went as planned, however when i got into Windows the Raptor was the H: and won't change in disk maintenance as it is a system disk now?

Great thanks all! I took the 320GB drive out and hey prestO! it worked.

Just one more quick question, my Raptor is on the third IDE master? Is that ok, i mean it's not IDE is it?

Just realised that i had a Mass Controller which was without a driver in my Devices Manager. Took me a while to figure out, but went straight to Asus's site and got me the latest SATA driver and voila! Sometimes these things are right under ya nose.
