XP not recognizing Hard Drive

So I'm moving a HD from one PC to another. Mistakingly moved the wrong one across, that worked all fine, so I removed and switched to the one I wanted, now this one won't show up

Shows up in the BIOS, and under Device Manager but can't see it anywhere I can actually access it?

Any ideas?
The other drive simply plugged in and showed up, this one however just won't show up

Yep, disconnect/reconnect several times.
The device manager recognizes as does the BIOS, but can't 'access' it

Can you see it in Disk Management?

In computer management it states the drive as 'foreign' and not basic.
If I hit 'import foreign' disk, nothing happens.

EDIT: Worked, guess it was doing something in the background once I hit the import foreign disk
