edit: use a download manager, multithreaded downloads will work far better for full speed.

I have a copy of a program called Elsawin which is an electronic workshop manual for VW/Audi cars. It was working fine until I installed SP3. It then came up with an error saying it could access the data. I used System Restore to go back to pre-SP3 and the program now works fine again.

wow, just downed off the server in the OP. Maxxed out my 20mb VM connection 2.24mb/sec. Quite surprised im gettting full rates at this time of day!
